How can polynomial functions be written when given the zeros?

a simple example would be a polynomial with zeros 2 and 3 using the zero product property we write (x - 2)(x - 3) = 0 now expand and we have the polynomial x^2 -2x - 3x + 6 x^2 - 5x + 6
