You guide me i will find the answer

Are you sure the product is correct ? \(\color{blue}{\text{Originally Posted by}}\) @No.name \[5C + 2SO_2 \rightarrow 2BrCl\] How much CS2 can be produced from 440 kg of wasste SO2 with 60 kg of coke if the SO2 conversion is 80% \(\color{blue}{\text{End of Quote}}\)

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

\[\large{5C + 2SO_2 \rightarrow CS_2 + 4CO}\] This is probably the correct reaction.

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

Only 80% of \(SO_2\) is going to react, thus, amount of \(SO_2\) going to react = 80% of 440 kg --> convert it into moles Coke = 60 kg --> convert into moles Now, 5 moles of coke react with 2 moles of \(SO_2\) to produce 1 mole of \(CS_2\). Find out the limiting reagent and using that find out the number of moles of \(CS_2\) produced.

Sorry about the late reply , my browser crashed yes my previous reaction , is very much incorrect , sorry about that

GREAT GOT THE ANSWER , THANK YOU SO MUCH
