Which pairs of ratios could be used to form a proportion? 3/3 and 7/7 1/3 and 3/5 4/3 and 3/4 6/1000 and 12/1000

Observing the ratios and using the four fundamental mathematical operations the only pair of ratios which products a proportion is: (1/3 and 3/5) which if it is multiplied each other it is resulting 1/3 x 3/5 = 1/5. The pairs of ratios (3/3 and 7/7) and (4/3 and 3/4) product the monad either because of the primary division or the productive multiplication of two, respectively. In terms of pair of ratios (6/1000 and 12/1000) that does not product proportion because of the 1000 that products a mill by each ratio or in multiplication of them as well.
