Oh goodness. It feels like it has all those things... Except for purpose. That's just about everywhere else in the declaration. Wrather A or B is appeal to emotion, it's tied up with C. Sry 4 wurdz.

I'm not for sure, but I would pick C if I had to. Although the rest of the paragraph seems very greedy indeed, but it's not actually APPEALING you or compelling you to feel sad - but instead it feels like it's trying to get a dark point across to another stubborn party. (Which it was)
