k= (-k , k/2) where k is an integer. What is the equation of the line passing through k? a) y=2x+2 b) y=2x c) y=-2x d) y=1/2x-2 e) y=-1/2x Thank you!!!

Re read your problem, please. To me, it is no meaning on k =(-k, k/2)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

That's how it's written :( The weird thing I see is how the first k, in k= is surrounded by a square, which I've never seen something written like that in my life, which is what's really confusing me. :(

Can you scan and post the book where the assignment is?? I want to see the original version.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

For sure!!! I'll upload it now!

Here it is! Thank you for taking your time!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh, I got it, just tricky!! the left hand side k is a point whose coordinate is (-x, x/2) that means y = -x/2 which is the last option

OpenStudy (anonymous):

OMG, I SWEAR THESE MATH PROBLEMS AND THEIR TRICKINESS!!!! Hahaha XD Wow, thank you so much for your time and help, I really appreciate it!
