OpenStudy (jessiegonzales):

CAN ANYONE HELP ME!!! GEOMETY 1A!!MEDAL AND FAN!!!

OpenStudy (jessiegonzales):

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Too fuzzy, but if you add up those three angles in the middle, you had better get 180º.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Also, since the lines are parallel, the rightmost angle and the leftmost angle are congruent since they are corresponding angles.

OpenStudy (jessiegonzales):

is the answer c?

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

|dw:1406176393789:dw| Can you please mark the angles given in the figure in the question in this diagram ?

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Please show your work. "The answer is c" does not constitute the showing of any work. HOW did you come to that conclusion? What were you thinking? What did you write?

OpenStudy (jessiegonzales):

SORRY can u explain how to solve it?

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

You already said "so the answer is c". Was that a bluff? You didn't actually try to solve this? You have been given enough information. What equation resulted from the addition of the three angles to get 180º? What equation resulted from the equality of the right-most and left-most angles? Show YOUR work.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1. Set angle 1 equal to angle 2. Solve for the variable. What do you get for the variable? |dw:1406176796874:dw|

OpenStudy (jessiegonzales):

40 degrees right?

OpenStudy (vishweshshrimali5):

@jessiegonzales the image is blurred.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think you still don't understand that you image is very blurry and unreadable. Use the figure above and fill in the measure of the angles.
