Can someone help me on photography question(s)? Will fan & give a medal. (:
Whats up :D
I think it's macro lens. What is the best option for taking a macro photograph? Macro mode Extension tube Macro filter Macro lens
hmmm,Well thats all a matter of opinion due to there being a plethora of scenes and variables for the camera, but an extension tube might be the best because while holding the lens further from the surface of the camera’s sensor, it allows to increase the scale of mapping.
Macro lens are the easiest and quickest to use, but at the same time the most expensive.
This is my lesson, where I'd find the answer.. And you don't HAVE to read this, but sometimes my lessons can be misleading. I may have read over it on accident. /: Macro photography, or close-up photography, involves projecting an image on the digital sensor (or film) that is as close to real sized (1:1 magnification) as possible. Simply, macro photography involves taking close-up pictures of small things such as flowers, insects, fruit, etc. For the best quality macro images, special equipment such as a dedicated macro camera lens gives a true life-sized image. The magnification comes from the camera lens, not from zooming in, and will magnify the subject to a life size without attachments or technology. These lenses come in a specific focal length, such as 50mm or 100mm. Many amateur photographers use alternatives to a macro lens because of the high cost. Extension tubes are hollow tubes that are placed between the camera and lens to move the lens farther from the camera sensor and increase the magnification, depending on the focal length of the lens. To determine the amount of magnification you can achieve, you can take the length of the extension tube and divide it by the focal length of the lens. Because the tubes are hollow the image will not lose any quality. Filters are another alternative; they attach to the front of a lens and magnify the image that is in front of them. Filters come in a range of "powers" or levels of magnification. Close-up filters are sometimes confused with teleconverters, which increase the focal length. Close-up filters do not affect the focal length of a lens. Instead they magnify the image. Close-up filters are like reading glasses for camera lenses. They can be used with any lens that can have a filter attached, but because they have an optical element, they can negatively affect the quality of a photograph.
i will read it but by any chance, are you on http://digital-photography-school.com
no, flvs.
Now that i have read it,it seems you are correct on the answer :D
Ok. Thank you so much. If it wasn't the lens, I would have gone with extension tube. (:

I will! Thanks! :D
np :D
