What does this symbol mean in this tab? Attachment present
Do you have a clue, darling?
Nope :/ I checked a lot of websites but I couldn't find it :( @AnnalieseBronz
Is it for a course or something??
I'm pretty sure it means either a slide, hammer-on or bend. What r ur choices?
@kennybm what r ur choices?
No choices, I'm trying to learn "Fly me to the moon" by Frank Sinatra. This tab was given by Tanaka Yoshinori - https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=at1SxhwyIvg Here's the link to the tab, http://tanakayoshinori.husuma.com/Fly.pdf
@chrgarre12
I don't know how to read that
It's in like japanese or something
Oh, well its pretty much the same but there are a few symbols I can't understand. Can you find out anyone else that can do it?
Idk, my advice to u is take it to a music store and ask someone there
I should do that, I got a printed copy of it. Learning without a teacher can be hard sometimes haha :)
its a tie/slide/bend but it depends on the bar before
Yup i agree with @Blink-182 Its a tie.
It is indeed a tie, hold the note for the time value of both notes combined. I do suggest if you're gonna go on and search for tabs online you check out: ultimateguitar.com. The tabs will be more clear and more accurate. If you're interested, I can give you some tips on navigating the site and free software you can install to view the downloadable tabs from the site (that you can playback and listen to on your computer). In short, when you browse for a tab. Choose the tab with 5 stars (or highest) and highest number of ratings. Chords tabs will give you just the chords/lyrics. Tabs will give you similar to what you posted above. Guitar Pro Tab Files are what I can further explain. Good luck with your musical ventures, Guitarplayer
Its a double tie
