OpenStudy (gelidium):

I translate to Spanish your sentences. Marias house is small and so is mine. La casa de María es pequeña y también la mía. Marias house has no garage but mine does?. La casa de María no tiene cochera pero la mía tiene. Maria doesnt have a microwave but i do. María no tiene un horno microondas pero yo tengo. Marias cabinets are white and mine are brown. Los armarios de María son blancos y los míos son marrones.

OpenStudy (kainui):

"Tenemos dos garajes para los carros" That means I have two garages for cars. But you only have 1 garage for 2 cars. So it would be better to say: "Tenemos un garaje para dos carros." I also seem to find that "coche" is more common than "carro" for the word car.

OpenStudy (gelidium):

@Kainui carro is used in Central America, and coche is used in Spain to say car.

OpenStudy (redeemed1312):

Thanks everyone.

OpenStudy (gelidium):
