OpenStudy (quickstudent):

What stages do mitosis and meiosis have in common? What stages are found in meiosis that are not found in mitosis? How does the end result of mitosis compare to the end result of meiosis?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Think of IPMAT: they are of mitosis Interpase Prophase Metaphase Anaphase Telephase Technically interphase is not a phase of either mitosis or meosis because it is the starting point. prophase, metaphase, anaphase, and telophase -part of mitosis(2 identical daughter cells(only on body or somatic cells)) prophase I and II, metaphase I and II, anaphase I and II, and telophase I and II are part of meiosis(4 genetically different daughter cells (only on gametes or sex cells))
