The excerpt prepares the reader for the last line by explaining how good their life was. It gave specific details on how they lived there every day lives happy, and feeling loved. It tells how their mother was always there to read stories instead of her calling her friends or her friends calling her. She was there to help there with their home-lessons, and when they were sick, she gave them all her attention, no matter what her children came first. The father was also caring too. He was always up for a game and if he had to work or was not ready for a game he always gave a good reason not to play. The details and descriptions that prepare the reader for the change and tone in the final line in the story are quite different from the rest of the excerpt. It tells how they ought to be happy which they were but there like in the red villa was done with. How they had to live very different lives now

I can edit it for you, there are only a few grammatical errors, and some wording issues, but other than that it looks great. Hold on while I edit it for you. (:

thank you so much!

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Quick question: Is that the last sentence on there? Or is there more to the paragraph. I'm asking because those last few sentences seem incomplete.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i think i might have forgot the period, it was the last sentence but i'm not sure how i would end it.

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

Okay, makes sense. (:

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

I'll edit it and show what I changed in red.

Okay thank you again!

The excerpt prepares the reader for the last line by explaining how good their life was. The details and descriptions that prepare the reader for the change and tone in the final line in the story are quite different from the rest of the excerpt. How they had to live very different lives now\(\normalsize\bf\color{red}{.}\) Also, the second to last sentence doesn't really make sense. Can you try wording it differently?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

sure give me one second please!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

the description tells how they should have been happy which they were but they did not know how happy until there happy life in red villa was done with. Is that better???

OpenStudy (anonymous):

oh also please ignore happy in front of red villa

whitemonsterbunny17 (whitemonsterbunny17):

It is better, yes. Just remember to change the "there" to "their", because "there" refers to a place, and "their" shows the possession of more than one individual. And don't forget the commas, I fixed them in the edit I did above. (: Also, sorry for the late response, I had to go afk for a bit.
