6x1=?

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Something `× 1` = Something

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

Multiplying times 1, is just like not doing anything to the number. When you multiply the value times 1, nothing changes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So it would be 1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thanks! :)

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

No, you are multiplying ` 6 ` times 1

OpenStudy (solomonzelman):

and multiplying times 1 doesn't change the ` 6 ` .... YOUR ANSWER is ?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

1

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

well think of it like this: you have rows of six... the first number in the equation tells you how much the row has... so each row has 6... the second number is 1... so you have 1 row of six... heres an example: |dw:1407253014848:dw| Like finding the area of a square each object represents like 1 inch... So you multiply 6 x 5 and get 30 Now if you apply that to your problem.. you get 6 |dw:1407253141449:dw| If you count them up you get 6 So 6 x 1 = 6 Any Questions?

OpenStudy (camerondoherty):

OpenStudy (antonio_xx2):
