stop being lazy
To find out the mean, you have to add all the numbers up and then divide it by the amount of numbers there are. To find the standard deviation, you need to find the variance. To find the variance, you need to find the difference of the data from the mean. The difference will then be squared. You add up all of the squared numbers, and divide it by the amount of data sets there are. The standard deviation is just the square root of the variance.
can you please show how, ill understand better like that then reading.
pick one

@nincompoop please go away. or i will report you
go report me then

For example, for the mean (for class A), you add up all the test results. Then you add those all up. You have to then divide the sum by the amount of data sets there are.
please show how @calculusxy
LAUGHING OUT LOUD wowwww
So we have all those numbers underneath Class A. So then you add the numbers all up. You got that straight?
ya
Since there are fifteen numbers (aka fifteen test results from the class) you divide the sum by fifteen. That will be your mean for class A.
wait my bad
mean = 79 for Class A mean = 85.133 for Class B
correct?
