what is the unit for energy V.A ohm.m N.m/V A.ohm A/c V.C

@Fifciol

OpenStudy (fifciol):

seems like only the last asnwer has the unit of energy. try to figure out the units by converting them to SI units first, then simplify expressions. Unit of energy in SI units is:\[\frac{ N*m^2 }{ s^2 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

isn't it just N.m/v

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Fifciol

OpenStudy (fifciol):

I'm sorry it should be kg instead of N in my expression above. But kg*m/s^2 is N so it could be rewritten to N*m, thus N*m/v cannot be unit of energy

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so if its the last one how would you derive V and C

OpenStudy (anonymous):

do they mean by C the capacitance
