What is the measure of angle m<EFG?
(pic below)
thirty degrees
forty degrees
seventy degrees
one hundred ten degrees
OpenStudy (cydney_morgan):
I do not know how to do this, and rather than giving me the answer, I would really like to learn how to get it my self so I can do the rest by my self ^-^
OpenStudy (cydney_morgan):
It's confusing me :/
OpenStudy (anonymous):
\[30+40+x+70=180\] reading clockwise where \(x\) is that unlabelled angle

you can solve that equation for \(x\) easily enough, you get
\[x+140=180\\
x=40\]
OpenStudy (cydney_morgan):
But how did you come to that conclusion? I'm confused. >.< I'm sorry your not a bad teacher, I'm just confused on how you did that.
