How do I do a line integral of a field over a curve, where the curve to be integrated over is defined by an implicit function ie f (x, y)=zero? Do I have to convert to parametric form?

Could you maybe post a picture of the question (like from your textbook if that's what you're using)? As far as I can tell, you have to compute some line integral \(\displaystyle\int_C\vec{F}~d\vec{r}\) but not sure what the details are...
