Which of the following best describes what happens to an enzyme after it catalyzes a chemical reaction? Its mass decreases since part of the molecule is used up. It is unchanged and can be used again for the same chemical reaction. It becomes chemically bonded to the products of the reaction. Its shape changes, giving it different chemical and physical properties.

b
thanks had that one too
The enzymes wont change after it catalyzes a chemical reaction, but it's shape will be used again for a different chemical reaction. Enzymes are usually proteins catalyst and catalyst doesnt change in a chemical reaction. They speeds up chemical reactions during cellular respiration by lowering activation energy. Yet, they catalyze but dont usually the consume on the reaction.
i'd go with b too
thanks so much zale
