for this problem look at how many kings are in a deck of cards... 1 of the cards has to be king so 4/52 (simplify this) now that one king is chosen there is only 3 kings and 51 cards in the deck so 3/52 (simplify this too) to find that probability that both are kings you have to multiply both simplified fractions
