6* 1/3 is 2 so C
hey @VictoriaTheBear the answer is 18
oh okay @BIOCRYSTAL
@VictoriaTheBear can you work it out..the correct answer is 18
@VictoriaTheBear the 6/3 that you have up there you divide it which will get you 2 not 18. you can even multiply 1/3 times 6 and get the same answer. simple algebra
1/3 of an hour is 1/3*60=20 minutes (1 hour=60 min) so it takes 20 mins to type a memo..
so if you work for an hour you can type 3 memos(20min+20min+20min) so for 6 hrs you can type 6*3=18 memos
@Asevilla5 ..please check the question once
ok ill see one sec
my bad though but @BIOCRYSTAL is right. been 3 years ago I did this stuff. An hour is 60 minutes, so 1/3 of an hour would be 20 minutes. You can do 1 memo every 20 minutes. Six hours is 6 x 60 = 360 minutes. Divide that by 20 minutes to get how many memos you could type = 18.
it is 18 :D so you multiply but my book is confusing it said divide it .
first we divide an hour (60 min)with 3...to get 1/3 of an hour..may be they are referring to it
thankyou both btw @Asevilla5 and @BIOCRYSTAL
welcome my dear..
