you need to make the mixed number into an improper fraction to do that you multiply the whole number by the denominator then add the numorator example\[2\frac{ 2 }{ 3 }=\frac{ 8 }{ 3 }\]

do that to both fractions then do kcf keep change flip
so if i had \[\frac{ 8 }{ 3 }\div \frac{ 2 }{ 4 }\] i would change it to
\[\frac{ 8 }{ 3 }\times \frac{ 4 }{ 2 }\]
