.What is the probability of drawing a diamond from a standard deck of cards on a second draw, given that a diamond was drawn on the first draw and replaced? one over thirteen one over four twelve over fifty one thirteen over fifty two

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

If the diamond was picked, and then replaced on the 1st try, you are left with the deck as it was in its first place

Do, is it D?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So*

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

that's "correct" but there is also a correct answer before that, which is the answer in a simplified fraction (technically both answers are correct... but it seems to me that usually they prefer a simplified fraction? unless you are allowed to choose more than one answer)

OpenStudy (anonymous):

So 1/4? Ill go with 1/4 xD

OpenStudy (kirbykirby):

Ya I would go with that.. but 13/52 is still technically correct ._. I hate these weird answer choices.

OO, Me too o-o
