Write a polynomial function of least degree with integral coefficients that has the given zeros 2, 3, 1 − i

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

if your polynomial has 2,3,1-i as zero include one more 1+i since you have a complex zero always add the conjugate as a zero so your function should look like this \(f(x)=a(x-2)(x-3)(x-1+i)(x-1-i)\) this is a fourth degree polynomial

OpenStudy (xapproachesinfinity):

sometimes if they didn't mention anything that can give you a the leading coefficient just make it a=1 for simplicity. foil all those linear factor to get the final answer as it should be a polynomial with degree 4
