OpenStudy (imstuck):

Is the denominator in the fraction supposed to be a .10x?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

me too \[\frac{20}{10x}=1\iff x=2\]

OpenStudy (imstuck):

That's what I got, @satellite73. But it must be that the decimal is missing.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so which one are we looking at

OpenStudy (imstuck):

That all depends upon if there is a decimal missing in the denominator of your rational expression. If it is just a 10x, the x = 2, which is not a choice. If it is a .10x, then x = 200, which IS a choice.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so the answer is A

OpenStudy (imstuck):

The answer is A as long as the denominator in your expression is a .10x and not a 10x.

OpenStudy (texaschic101):

I think it is supposed to be 0.10x....making the answer 200
