Could someone please check my work on this conductivity question?
ok you have corrected the units... i re-calculate it and got the same...
Check you conversion from deg C to Deg K.
I believe the conversion is O.K. 100 degrees F is equivalent to 310.928 degrees Kelvin.
Not quite. the temperature difference in deg C = temp diff in deg K. \[K ^{0} = 273.16+ C ^{0} \rightarrow \Delta K ^{0} =\Delta C ^{0} \]
Ahh! @gleem, you're right! Thank you! I didn't think about that. I will correct my work, and post the results shortly.
Here is my revised work. These numbers seem much more reasonable.
Obviously, I didn't either. Sorry for the wrong data.
ok got it...
Not a problem @radar / @Orion1213 , that totally slipped past me. I appreciate your help and taking the time to look into my problem. Thank you!
thanks @LolGoCryAboutIt ... i learned too from your problem... \(\ddot\smile\)
