The wings of a certain airplane have a total bottom surface area of 110m2 . At a particular speed, the difference in air pressure below and above the wings is 3.9% of atmospheric pressure. Find the lift on the airplane.

what was ur answer?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

well for this u need to knw Force = difference in pressure x surface area now difference in pressure, P = 101325 x 3.9/100 = 3951.6 Pa Total surface area given as A=110 m^2 so plane will lift, F=434676 @juny6521
