Evaluate the expression. 11P^2

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Perhaps a value for P?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

11P2?

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Is this a permutation problem? You MUST supply better information. The one thing that is MOST helpful is actually showing YOUR work. Similar problem? What was the problem before this? What is the name of the section or chapter? Give us something to go on.

This is a permutation problem which states... evaluate the expression 11P^2

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

11P2 is probably closer. Could be P(11,2) Could be \(\dfrac{11!}{(11-2)!}\) Could be \(^{11}P_{2}\) Could be \(_{11}P_{2}\) That's just an understanding of the notation. Pick one and work it out.
