Without looking at the igv...i can ans a few...to count the no of amino acids...what u have to do is...count the no of nucleotides....den divide dat no by 3. This is because 1 codon which is made up of 3 nucleotides codes for 1 amino acid

The template strand is dat strand of the dna which runs 3' to 5'. So d rna formed is from 5' to 3'

DNA is made up of nitrogen bases which are linked together by phosphate group. So a nitrogen base and a phosphate group together make a nucleotide. These nucleotides are adenosine guanosine cytosine and thymidine

DNA is transcribed into RNA. RNA has A C G U. the thymine is replaced by uracil. RNA is single stranded while DNA is double stranded. This single strand of RNA is made up of codons. Codons is nothing but a set of three nucleotides which code for an amino acid. By reading these codons one by one the RNA is translated into protein.

No dear...ACGT's are never found in protein. Its the part of DNA. what all do u know about the basics of dna and rna or overall translation and transription. I am asking this ques so i know from where to start the explanation
