I assume you mean the stable isotope of iodine, you can just look it up in a table of isotopes. The atomic number, Z, tells you the number of protons, which is the same as the number of electrons in the neutral atom, and the mass number A tells you the total number of protons and neutrons, so number of neutrons = A - Z. Simple.
