Confirm that f and g are inverses by showing that f(g(x)) = x and g(f(x)) = x. f(x) = x^3 + 4 and g(x) = 3 sqrt x-4 I did part 1, i just need part 2!!

I can't even follow the link. It is the 2nd line that confuses me. I don't see where you subsstituted g(x), instead you substituted 3x-4 not 3(x-4)^(1/2). So if I can't understand that one, I'm sure I can't follow the other one lol. Sorry.
