Well just examining the sentences you can see that the only difference between them is the use and location of commas. A comma is used to indicate a pause between the different parts of a sentence. When you use quotation marks, any punctuation should always come before the open quote and before the closing quote if needed. Look at the answer choices again and see if you can figure out the correct one.
