OpenStudy (loganator):

Pablo rolled a standard die forty-eight times. He got a 1 two times. How does this result compare to the expected results? Explain.

OpenStudy (kobeni-chan):

With one roll of a die, the chance of you getting a 1 is 1/6. Multiply 1/6 by 48 rolls, and it equals 8. So if each number were to be rolled the same amount of times in those 48 rolls, then the die would've read 1 eight times. It rolled 1 not as many times as expected.
