Help please!! In "A Cub Pilot," the author says: "Judgment is a matter of brains, and a man must start with a good stock of that article, or he will never succeed as a pilot." What does the author mean? A. Pilots need a good stock of material possessions. B. Success as a pilot depends only on judgment. C. A person who lacks good judgment cannot be a good pilot. D. Intelligence is more important than good judgment. i'm stuck between c and b!
Do you school with k-12? If you do and your in 8th grade, you should have been sent a book called classics for young readers. Go to page 8 and read the story. Then go back to this assessment and do it. Don't forget to read for comprehension! But I believe its B.
i think its c because in the story there are things a pilot must do besides judge everything
The answer should be "C". It wouldn't be "B" because it doesn't ever say or imply that success depends only on judgement, however, the author does say that a pilot must have a "good stock of that article (referring to judgement), or he will never succeed as a pilot"
@Ace101 and @sapeo , now that you explain it, I think you guys are right. I read the story like a month ago anyway... so its not all that fresh to me cx
