Which statement describes a situation where the process of cellular respiration is not working properly in a cell? A Golgi apparatus is unable to package a protein due to lack of ATP. A tRNA attaches the incorrect amino acid to an mRNA codon. The cytoplasm becomes highly concentrated with sodium ions. A chloroplast metabolizes its chlorophyll and loses its ability to photosynthesize. The cell cycle loses its ability to self-regulate.

@PRAETORIAN.10

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I think it is E

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

well follow your heart bro :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

could find anythin?

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

not exactly

OpenStudy (anonymous):

one sec

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

nothing specific

OpenStudy (anonymous):

think i have somethin :)

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

gangstar

OpenStudy (anonymous):

can u give me a summary of the cell cycle plz?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

:)

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

oh boy

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

well basically its the events inside a cell leading up to its seperation and replication

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

and then interphase, mitosis, cytokinesis

OpenStudy (anonymous):

does it have anything to do with cellular respiration?

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

"The interphase continuum of stages, G1, S, and G2, begins the process in which the cell grows and matures (G1), followed by the S phase in which the DNA is copied. Finally, the G2 phase is when the cell prepares for division. Mitosis occurs when the nucleus of the cell divides into two identical nuclei with the same number and type of chromosomes, followed by cytokinesis when the cytoplasm, for both plant and animal cells, divides, thus creating two daughter cells that are genetically equal and approximately identical in size."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so i guess it doesnt

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

respiration in a cell is the Krebs cycle bruh

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ya

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

which is also called the citric acid cycle or something

OpenStudy (anonymous):

fuuuuuuuuuk

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i hate AP Bio

OpenStudy (anonymous):

so damn hard

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

well both cell respiration and the krebs cycle are "the sequence of reactions by which most living cells generate energy during the process of aerobic respiration." They takes place in the mitochondria, "using up oxygen and producing carbon dioxide and water as waste products, and ADP is converted to energy-rich ATP."

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@Abhisar

OpenStudy (anonymous):

maybe he can help :)

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

lol i agree call in the big guns XD

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hi

OpenStudy (anonymous):

It is D or E, correct?

OpenStudy (abhisar):

Hello :)

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

wtf happened to Abbies pic?

OpenStudy (praetorian.10):

nice :D

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hes the big man on the hippocampus :)
