It's not a simile because it's not comparing anything... It's not alliteration because the there isn't a pattern in the first letter of the words It's one of the first two, but I'm not sure which...

It's not personification because it's not saying that an unhuman thing is doing human-like actions.

So it's hyperbole for sure.
