x^2=1/5, solve

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[x=\pm\sqrt{\frac{1}{5}}\] is a start

OpenStudy (anonymous):

would that be true also for lets say 2/5?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

yes

OpenStudy (anonymous):

and since \(\sqrt 1=1\) you might want to write \[x=\pm\frac{1}{\sqrt5}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or even \[x=\frac{\sqrt5}{5}\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay somehow its wrong.... this is the problem they gave me 25x^4-15x^2+2=0

OpenStudy (anonymous):

im to solve for it..
