what microscopes produce color images

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I was reading an article awhile back on the subject of of microscopes. Electron microscope \(can\) produce colour images, however normally they are rendered greyscale (meaning black and white) when first produced. Software is then used sometimes to colourize the image. However, optical microscopes, often referred to as, "light microscopes" produce colour images from the very second you look into one, since it uses a beam of light that is focused using glass lenses to view smaller objects. Unlike a electron microscope which uses a beam of electrons. Peace, feel free to tag me for more information or if my explanation has an error.
