What is an important question to ask when scanning a historical document? A. What is the length and structure of the text? B. What was the author doing when he wrote the text? C. How does this compare to my life? D. What is the broader context at the time the text was produced?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I don't like any of those answers. Personally I'd be questioning its authenticity. but anywho I'd imagine that Length and structure might be a problem when scanning as the document could be particularly long. Otherwise the other answers are pointless, nobody needs to compare their life to a document. Nobody cares what the author was thinking when your job is to scan the stupid document. and what does it matter what the context was many years ago when all your job is, is to scan the stupid document.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I believe the answer is D.
