Below are two different functions, f(x) and g(x). What can be determined about their y-intercepts? graph going through negative 1, negative 1 and negative 4, negative 1 x g(x) 4 9 6 13 8 17 The function g(x) has a higher y-intercept.<--- My answer The function f(x) has a higher y-intercept. They both have the same y-intercept. The relationship between y-intercepts cannot be determined. CAN ANYONE PLEASE HELP ME? I JUST NEED SOMEONE TO DOUBLE CHECK THIS FOR ME @ganeshie8 @hartnn @phi
@nincompoop @Destinymasha
is it right or wrong? @ganeshie8
its right! but how did u figure it out ?
well because in the graph it's on (0,0) and g(x) has greater y-intercept.. sorry can't explain it that well
yes, and if you write the equation for table you would get : y = 2x+1
y intercept of g(x) is 1, which is greater than -1 so your answer is correct
thank you can i plz get a medal?
you deserve it for sure :)
awwww thank you :D and I also have more question so do you mind if you can stay and just keep an eye out for more questions? @ganeshie8
I'll try, please ask in a separate thread
