Okay so my question is. g(t)= (3t-5)^2+4t-1 Find g(a) And g(a+2). I am totally and utterly confused and would appreciate if someone could definitely explain this to me!

OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Any ideas at all?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

None in the slightest. I would understand if it said G(1) or something because I could plug that in. Do I just plug in a for x?

OpenStudy (imstuck):

plug in a for t; there is no x.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

I meant in for t, haha sorry!

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Wouldn't it just be (3a-5)^2+4a-1 then?
