that Bacon was angered by the way tobacco farms closer to Jamestown and Williamsburg were receiving considerable moneys to develop infrastructures (roads, waterways) to move tobacco while "backwoods" farmers like Bacon were being ignored and their tobacco was not being moved up for sale fast enough.
