-3x+2y=7

OpenStudy (anonymous):

add -3x to both sides, then divide both sides by 2

OpenStudy (anonymous):

it has to be in slope intercept form

OpenStudy (anonymous):

if you do what I said, it will be in slope-intercept form

OpenStudy (anonymous):

okay thank you

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You're welcome

OpenStudy (anonymous):

what would the answer be?

OpenStudy (anonymous):

\[-3x+2y=7 \] add 3x to both sides leaving you with: \[2y=-3x+7\] now divide both sides by 2, giving you: \[y=-\frac{ 3 }{ 2 }x+\frac{ 7 }{ 2 }\]

OpenStudy (anonymous):

Sorry there shouldn't be a negative sign in the last two equations so you should have y=3/2x +7/2
