Well as you don't have any of the following, but as a big fan of the Mongols, I'd assume them, as their civilization was strongly dependant on their horses. From what I remember, each Mongol had 3 horses, and all had a certain function for them, and they were a big part of their diet.

And not to mention they were excellent archers on their horses, they used composite bows, which require a lot of strength, and the cool thing is they weren't big people, so you could imagine how strong they were, and the amount of arrows they used to fire. Crazy stuff.
