A husband and wife attend the local recreation center. The husband pays a flat rate of $125 for one year, shown as f(x). The wife pays $6 per visit, shown as g(x). Which function shows the correct combination of these two functions to represent the total cost to them of attending the recreation center in one year, shown as h(x)? f(x) = 125x, g(x) = 6, h(x) = 125x + 6 f(x) = 125, g(x) = 6, h(x) = 6 + 125 f(x) = 125x, g(x) = 6x, h(x) = 125x + 6x f(x) = 125, g(x) = 6x, h(x) = 6x + 125

he problem tells you the husband pays a flat rate of 125. That immediately tells you you have a base cost of 125 that is paid just one time. Then the wife pays 6 per visit. It does not say how many visits she makes so its $6 times x amount of times they visit the center. That makes it 125 + 6x. :> so its D
^
husband has fix amount to pay
which will not change so f(x)=125
wife has to pay each time she visit means her amount depend on visit so g(x)=6x
x is her no of visit
for total add both up
