what do u thank it is

OpenStudy (anonymous):

@walkerstalkercon, all I know it is about life expectancy and infant mortality

OpenStudy (perl):

there is a negative relationship between life expectancy and infant mortality. this makes sense

OpenStudy (perl):

to get higher life expectancy of a country or population, you would expect better medicine and access to infrastructure. So then you would expect lower infant mortality (because medicine and infrastructure prevent infant deaths).

OpenStudy (perl):

the higher the life expectancy of a country, that implies greater access to medicine and technology , so you can use that technology and medicine for infants.

OpenStudy (perl):

or conversely, the lower infant mortality implies there is medicine and technology to prevent infant deaths. but that implies that there will be medicine and technology to prevent adults from dying too young (ie lengthening life expectancy ), so lower infant mortality you would expect to see higher life expectancy. (think about medicine and technology)
