OpenStudy (anonymous):

OpenStudy (anonymous):

get it

OpenStudy (igreen):

You should just save the pictures on your computer and use the attach file to upload them..it's easier for us to see it..

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

this is the exact same thing we just did

OpenStudy (anonymous):

really

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

\(\dfrac{100-40}{120-40}\) solve

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok ill solve it ill try

OpenStudy (anonymous):

60/80 is that the answer

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

yes now simplify that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

i have to

OpenStudy (anonymous):

15/20

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

keep going it can still be simplified further

OpenStudy (igreen):

This is like the same exact question as the last one. Use the formula: \(\color{#6aaa25}{m = \dfrac{y_2-y_1}{x_2-x_1}}\). Your two points are (40, 40) and (120, 100). In this case: \(\color{#6aaa25}{y_2 = 100}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{y_1 = 40}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{x_2 = 120}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{x_1 = 40}\) \(\color{#6aaa25}{m = \dfrac{100-40}{120-40}}\) Subtract: \(\color{#6aaa25}{m = \dfrac{60}{80}}\) Can you divide those? @Darknight200

OpenStudy (anonymous):

but in my answer i must keep it as it is the first time my teachers told me

OpenStudy (igreen):

Just divide them..

OpenStudy (anonymous):

or i do i have to divide

OpenStudy (igreen):

What's 60 / 80? @Darknight200

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

15 and 20 are both divisible by 5 so do that

OpenStudy (anonymous):

3/4

OpenStudy (anonymous):

thats the answer

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

correct questions like these always want it simplified as far as it can go

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok who do i give medal to guys give a medal to eachother k

OpenStudy (igreen):

Yep. 60 / 80 = 0.75 And 3/4 = 0.75. You could've just divided the numerator and denominator by 20..and you would've had 3/4.

OpenStudy (anonymous):

lol ok i got 3 more k

OpenStudy (anonymous):

want me to open a new one

OpenStudy (anonymous):

hello

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

yes

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

please

OpenStudy (anonymous):

k ill cose this and open new

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

open it in math though this is literature

OpenStudy (anonymous):

o why cant i just keep it here

OpenStudy (sleepyjess):

because if a mod sees it you could get suspending for posting in the wrong subject

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ok
