how to graph y=2x-1

OpenStudy (anonymous):

You want the actual graph or to explain it?

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

pick two random "x" or INPUT to get the "y" or OUTPUT and graph away the coordinates bear in mind that it is a LINEar equation and to graph a line you'd just need 2 points

OpenStudy (anonymous):

ehhhh no jdoe. You're wrong

OpenStudy (anonymous):

2x is the slope and -1 is the y intercept

@jdoe0001

OpenStudy (jdoe0001):

sure..you could do it using the slope and y-intercept as well

OpenStudy (itsbribro):

this is the graph; m= 2 b= -1; m is the slope b is the y-intercept
