Take the acronym OIL -RIG, which stands for Oxidation is Loss of Electrons and Reduction is the Gain of Electrons. Therefore, the one who gained electrons/reduced was Fe, because at the reactants side is oxidation number was 3+ and after was 0, meaning it gained 3 electrons to become neutral.
