what you need to do is multiply it by 2 so (34*2)/(50*2) so you get 68/100 so it is 68%

well the easiest way would be to divide 318 by 3.. (you could use google) but I'll help you out :) first you divide 318 by 3 and you get .009433 then you multiply that by 100 to get .943 %
thats it its not one of my choices

oh that changes the answer ... so what you have to divide 1 by 318 so you get .00314 then you multiply that by 100 to get .3144
