OpenStudy (skullpatrol):

Have seen the so called "slope-intercept" form of the equation of a line before?

OpenStudy (tkhunny):

Just so you'll see it once. Take a close look at the "Intercept Form". Write the equation of a line that passes through the x-intercept -3 and y-intercept 5 Just write it down. \(\dfrac{x}{-3} + \dfrac{y}{5} = 1\) Done!
