\[\frac{1}{5} \cdot 10 \frac{1}{100} \text{ doesn't give you 0.0021 } \\ \frac{10}{5} \cdot \frac{1}{100}=2 \cdot \frac{1}{100}=\frac{2}{100}\] which can be reduced or easily written as a decimal
